Guatemalan Cacao
Our Guatemalan Cacao is unique in having between 0-.5% caffeine which is lower than your average cacao. Cacao contains Anandamine (Bliss Molecule) this molecule leads to heightened levels of Bliss when activated. The primary alkaloid is Theobromine which is a mild stimulant that last longer and has almost no crash unlike traditional caffeine sources. Cacao naturally opens up the veins to allow for greater blood flow and overall health. As well as tons of vitamins, minerals and magnesium, cacao is good for your overall health and well-being.
Ceremonial Cacao
A ceremonial dose is 42 grams, however we recommend between 22-28g when taken on a daily basis.
Always consume cacao in an intentional and prayerful manner. Cacao Recipe
How to prepare a delicious cup of Ceremonial Cacao:

Warm up 8-12oz of water or milk alternative (oat, coconut, almond) or a 50/50 combination.

Add 20-28g of chopped cacao into warmed liquid. Important to not boil liquid because cacao changes properties at high temperatures.
​
Add spices and sweetener and stir until all ingredients are properly mixed. For smoother and richer consistency, we recommend using a frother or blender.

Our favorite spices to add for enhanced flavor:
Pinch of Salt, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Cayenne, Vanilla, and a Natural Sweetener (Maple Syrup, Honey, Agave)
Additional Add Ins: Functional Mushrooms, Ginger, Nutmeg, Turmeric, Maya Nut, Butter/Ghee, Coconut Oil
